The Trustees are to work closely with the Pastor and Deacons to assist with the upkeep of the church and church business.

Those who are members of the UMBC Trustee Ministry have the responsibility of assisting with the repair, construction, maintenance, general care for the physical aspects of the building and property of the church.

Various duties include managing the maintenance of church vehicles, repairs to the exterior and interior of the Pantry, garages, Educational Center, the sanctuary. To take the lead on plumbing repairs, electrical, heating, cooling, and fire alarm issues.

The Trustees are also responsible for up keep of the church property which includes snow removal, maintenance of sidewalks, parking lots, grass, trees, flowers and various vegetation in and around the church property.

Ministry lead will also be involved with contractors and sub-contractors to secure and complete contracts in conjunction with the Church Board of Directors and Deacon Ministry.

The Ministry Lead along with the Pastor will meet to discuss and approve use of the church for events such as outside group events use and funerals.
